Folks,
If you remember an earlier post, I said I haven't done any observing since early April. Well, guess what. This Friday I have to surgery to remove my gall bladder. I'll get back to observing as soon as I can. It's just one thing after another.

Sorry to hear about that, Chris. One thing after another is right - and those rotten "things" come with accelerating frequency. May your recovery be quick and your eye be at the telescope soon!

I can sympathize with you. I am facing possible surgery for a hiatal hernia which will put me out of business for some time.
Best of luck to you and come back soon.

On top of everything else, I just had my gall bladder removed last week. Plus I had some complications from the anestesia. This has sure been a crazy year of health issues.
Good news is that I am set to do some binocular stars tonight, first observations in 4-5 months. Hopefully no more health problems and I am back in the saddle again!

Best wishes, my friend. We need you back out there!
Best wishes for your full recovery!
