Most variable star observations are done with a C11 HD on an Astrophysics mount and an SBIG ST10 (V,B,R,I filters) set up in a small observatory located in my backyard in West Texas.
I'm mostly interested in CCD observations and photometry of LPV, Young Steller Object, and CVs.
I'm a retired NASA Earth scientist and science program manager of space based remote sensing of Earth's atmosphere and weather.
