I just downloaded data for both of those stars using the data ranges you specified without a problem.
Please try again to be sure it wasn't just a server glitch. If the data download tool still doesn't work for you, please contact me offline so we can troubleshoot.

Good afternoon,
I'm getting a similar error when I try to upload a file of observations to the website.
Thanks to Elizabeth for correcting me on this, I had used an unacceptable format in one column and also included a blank line at the bottom of the file. The file was accepted after I made those corrections.
