I was wondering if putting my rig on either a JMI Wheeliebar or Scopebuggy  will be stable enough for diff photometry?  If so, which is a best option? TIA

Consider a Tri-Dolly

Not sure about leaving it on the ScopeBuggy.  My guess is it will probably work.

However, you might consider a set of tri-dollies

I bought the 12" version and can role my mount out and then lift each leg, move the dolly, and place it on firm concrete.  I have spots marked on my driveway for positioning and polar alignment seems totally adequate for photometry.  Of course, this assumes you only need to roll on concrete.  If going over grass, this will not work.

Depending on your mount and the load, the 6" dollies might work fine.

This is a lot cheaper solution than a ScopeBuggy and it works really well for me.
