UY Aur is the faintest I have seen it, obs made tonight (2459559.4625) put it at <14.3, the faintest comp on my chart. UY Aur lies in a region of high obscuration and is interesting because it is a binary, both members being surrounded by their individual CS discs but also there is a circumbinary disc as well!
That’s cool! I have weather here tonight, but hopefully I can catch it tomorrow night!

I missed the fade, but was surprised to find UY AUR at an even higher magnitude on the rebound: TG 11.795 on December 12
UY is fading back a little, I measured it at mag 12.216V on the 13th Dec.
