I am attempting to upload a file of observations thru https://www.aavso.org/webobs/file. When I click on "Upload File" I get an absolutely blank page with the same URL.
I get the same behavior with FireFox or Opera.

Could have been a "transient", works fine for me. There are additional characters at the end of the URL you posted, but I guess that was caused by the forum formatting. This should work (works for me at the time of posting):
https://www.aavso.org/webobs/file

Neither Chrome nor Firefox works.

The file upload page is working fine for me. I'm afraid I can't guess at what's going wrong; all I can suggest to people is to clear your browser cache and try again.
I cleared both browsers' caches and it went ok. But WHY did so many people have the same issue with the upload page? Any ideas?
