Hi folks, I've been uploading images, using both the wizard and quick upload, and they upload fine but then do not appear in my image list, even after refreshing, logging in and out, etc. The only reference I can find is the same thing happening to someone in 2011(!) where it was an issue with their account. IF anyone can provide guidance it would be greatly appreciated!

I suspect that necessary fits headers may be missing from your images or they do not agree with the settings in your vphot telescope set up.
Could you mention what software you use to collect your images and any software you use to process the images before uploading?
Could you send me a copy of one of the images at kenmenstar@gmail.com?

HI, Ken - thanks, I'll check the headers. I'm using the Burke Gaffney Observatory's telescope in Halafix, Canada, and they use MaxIm for telescope control and imaging I believe. But I've used images from this scope before with no issues - I'll check to make sure the headers and my telescope info hasn't changed, though.
Thank you to whomever did whatever they did - my images were in my queue when I logged on the other day! I did edit my telescope entry for BGO which may have done something.

Nothing changed on our end. What did you change? Did you try to match the telescope settings with the headers?

I didn't change anything, all I did was open up the telescope file in my Admin menu, and look at everything. It's all the same as it was, so I saved it and then they appeared. The headers from BGO haven't changed either, so maybe I had downloaded corrupted files or something. Anyway, "A problem that has gone away isn't a problem (for today)" but I'll see what the next batch shows. Right now BGO's server is down so I can't get my next batch of files.
