I am having issues installing Transform Generator on my Windows PC. I have followed the directions on AAVSO Software webpage but the program will not open.
I have found a way to let TG working. With Windows7, I have launched Spyder, the Integrated Development Environment (IDE) avalaible with Anaconda, opened the file TG_V6.4.pyw and run the file (the green triangular icon).
Since I am an happy Linux user, I applied the same procedure in Ubuntu and it worked perfectly. The only difference with this OS, I used a different IDE (Geany in Ubuntu).
A few days ago, I wrote to gordonmyers-at-hotmail.com asking for help but haven't got any answer so far.
Me too!

Hope my experience could help you.
