2017 August 5.7854 UT, 13.3 mag; 5.8074, 12.8 (both CCD, unfiltered)
Discoverer: Shigehisa Fujikawa, Kan'onji, Kagawa, Japan

Presumably a dwarf nova (UGWZ?) in outburst (amplitude at least 6 magnitudes).
Spectroscopy and time-resolved photometry are urgently required.
