Where can I sign up for alerts on gamma-ray bursts, for CCD control these events?

Hello Nikolay,

The AAVSO runs an exploder for GCN Notices that can send you an email when there's a burst.  I would he happy to subscribe you if you send me a private email.  However, that is designed to be read by humans, and so may not be what you're looking for.

Some telescope control software (ACP I think being an example) can receive automatic commands from various sources that will trigger your telescope.  See if your system has that option built in; if so, it may be as simple as keeping your mount connected to the internet, and checking a box on the software's setup.

Finally, you can request a direct subscription to GCN yourself via email or TCP socket connection.  Socket is certainly fastest, but you will need to have some way to make use of it to control your scope.  You can read more about this here:  http://gcn.gsfc.nasa.gov/admin/voevent_version20_available.txt
