VStar 2.16.4 has just been released (Thank you David!)
The main changes in this version were bug fixes and the release of a new Hipparcos observation source plug-in.
Here is what the ChangeLog says:
- Fixed ticket #464: Plug-in instantiation errors should not cause
VStar to exit!
- Fixed ticket #465: Previous phase plots dialog entry format error
- Fixed ticket #383: Previous Filter -> Show Description: all share
