Oops! Looks like something went wrong on this page. AAVSO staff has been notified of the problem.
This has been happenenig to me for several days. I tried different browsers and logging out and in. I also tried different computers.
Thanks.
David Cejudo.
Hello David,
Sorry you are having issues. There does not appear to be anything wrong with the app itself, so it must be an issue with your account. I will email you to try and get further details.
Thanks,

I have the same error. I uploaded a spectrum (my first) to be evaluated. After that I receive this message but only when I navigate to Upload Spectrometry. I'm guessing I'm locked out form submitting any spectra until my initial test spectrum of a standard star is approved.
Another newbie here. I have received that same message about "something went wrong". I discovered that in my submission one or more of the necessary data elements was deleted. After carefully examining the submission, I received a message with several errors identified. Good, I fixed the errors, except for one that I do not understand, and now persists:
"Observer card David Decker does not match obscode (DDGB)"
I have examined my account info, and the header of the fits file and found no discrepancy re: name or obscode. Looking for ideas on this one...
David Decker (DDGB)
Solved this issue, my Bad! The fits header picked up my Rspec license name for the observer field. I edited the header, saved the file, then attached the wrong file for submission..
It seems that file and process organization is the root of most evil !
