On tonight's astro-ph is a paper (accepted for MNRAS) about the historical lightcurve of T CrB. This includes AAVSO data plus much previously inaccessible archive data (which ought now to be added to the AID):

The prediction is now that the next full eruption will occur 2025.5 +/- 1.3 years. The displays of the complete historical data are impressive. Missing from the paper is a desiderata of what observing should be done between now and the upcoming event (wavelengths, cadence spectra etc), and what would help with the astrophysical interpretation. Nevertheless I would consider this to be 'required reading' for anyone interested in what happens in the sky.

That's an interesting analysis: there's a lot of good information there.
I try to catch T CrB each morning - I'm anxiously awaiting its next outburst! Nice and bright, so it's an easy target, though it's a tight fit getting the only two decently bright field stars on the image with the variable
