Supernova 2015F in NGC 2442 is bright worth a look for southern observers.

AAVSO Alert Notice 515 reports on SN 2015F, a Type-Ia supernova in NGC 2442 discovered in early March before maximum. It is still at magnitude 13 and for southern observers (-69 degrees) is a good target.
