AAVSO SNEWS Campaign at Six Months
The AAVSO observing campaign to support the SuperNova Early Warning System has reached the six-month mark.
Volunteer observers have stepped up, and are currently monitoring 172 of the 192 stars in the program.
There will be a SNEWS update meeting tomorrow, June 15th at 1 PM EDT (1700 UTC), geared mainly toward observers who are interested in or have contributed to the SNEWS campaign. To join, click here at the allotted time.
