Setting up ftp -> VPhot transfer

I've been getting U Mon images from BSM_Berry for about 15 months, but for some reason starting this observing season the images are no longer being sent on to VPhot and are piling up on the ftp site. What do I need to do to re-enable/reconfigure to make that happen?

Fixed for future. If you want recent past images to get to vphot, you would need to download from ftp and upload to vphot.
