A few months ago I mentioned BM And, and we seem to be getting some good following on that. Here's another one - RZ Piscium.
Yes, Pisces! RZ Psc is a suspected UXOR, usually between 11-12 mag, and may be a significant star to follow because of its distance from the galactic plane. It's not so very far from one of my fave CVs, TY Psc, so you could hop from one to the other.
