Measured magnitude outside magnitude range in database

I started submitting observations this Autumn so I'm fairly new. The measurements I've made so far are consistent with what I'd expect and also with other observers observations.

Yesterday I did some measurements of v1162 cas. I'm using a V filter on a cmos camera. The result was a magnitude of 10.65 which is outside the specified range for the star (11.06-11.78) which is quite a big discrepancy.  I assumed I'd made a mistake but I've checked carefully and everything seems ok. So I looked at some existing measurements for the star by other observers. WebObs only found 3 other observations by two observers in 2019 and 2020 and they had a magnitude of 10.60 which is also outside the range specified for the star.

Should I go ahead and submit my observations anyway? Also why would there be a discrepancy between actual measurements and the specified magnitude range for the star?
