We are excited to announce the launch of our new applications! We're opening up early access to our new applications for searching, downloading, and submitting photometric observations. You can now access these applications through these links:

I don't know about the WebObs app. If its Windows based, the porting could be difficult. If its Linux/Java it may be easier, since I believe Android is based upon a stripped-down version of Linux and runs some type of Java VM, but not a standard one. So, it seems possible, but not simply a direct porting, so it would likely require a bit of grunt work by the developers ;)
