WebObs problems?

I tried to report some observations by uploading a file this morning (Europe) but the system responded with a gray page with the message "The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later." I have tried just now, after a few hours, and the problem seems to persist. Is this a known issue?

This appears to be an unexpected consequence of some maintenance that was performed last night. We are looking into now and will let you know when things are back to functioning correctly. We apologize for the inconvenience.
