I'm trying to upload images and VPHOT looks like it loads about 10% of the first group of images and then stops and moves on to the next group. The first group cycles to a different location at the bottom of the list and the cycle repeats. I let this run for several minutes with no image actually loading. There is nothing different about my images. They are from a telescope and detector I have used many, many times. The queue says there is no other loads taking place. Nothing shows up in the files processed area. It doesn't matter if I use Quick Upload or Upload Wizard. I'm working from the same location I've used for years and have tried two different computers that I've used before. My internet seems to be functioning just fine. I've never seen this before.

I can confirm that this almost always happens when I upload from windows 7, irregardless of browser .
Windows 11 works great.

I have used a current MacOS for many years and never had a problem like this.
I have tried data from two different telescopes on two separate computers and they still will not load regularly. The frames are all fully processed and have already been plate solved. I let one batch of 100 frames run for on the upload for about 45 minutes. Thirty frames managed to load (in random order) before I canceled that upload. I tried several more times yesterday and today under different conditions. I have seen other people have loaded frames and apparently been successful. I'm beganing to wonder if something has happened to my account. One time when I checked the 'View frames that have been processed' tab, it showed a bunch of frames that were not mine. I have also never seen that happen before. It has always shown the frames that I have uploaded. This is strange and seems to be only me.
