summer shutdown for many AAVSOnet telescopes

The monsoon has arrived in the American Southwest.  SRO50, BSM, W28, W30, K28, K35, APASS-north are all shut down, probably until September.  The monsoon is a wind direction change, bringing moisture out of the Gulf of Mexico, and producing afternoon thunderstorms.  These may or may not dissipate by midnight, but the humidity stays high and observations are difficult.  It is safer to keep the telescopes closed down and do maintenance during this period than to use the handful of possible nights that might occur during the period.
