Problem uploading data in extended format

I have been uploading my data on a regular basis for about one year now without a problem and now it doesn't work. No error message shows up to point out what I'm doing wrong.  Click on the upload button after naming the file and nothing. I tried doing it on two different XP computers and get the same results.

The file upload is working

The file upload is working fine for me. Email me the file you're trying to upload (will@aavso.org) and I'll try and figure out what's wrong.
