I used standard VPhot procedure and got brightness of ZTF J225339.32+585101.2 (it is placed near V730 Cep) 14.55TG. The star magnitude by VSX is about 18.3r, ZTF data shows the same values.

The star is really bright, if VPhot identification is correct. I tried to share VPhot image to Sebastian, but sharing does not work.
I do not know how important is the info, but I have to inform.

ZTF J225339.32+585101.2 AUID

You requested an AUID and I assigned it trusting you were able to observe it.
Can you get good photometry of it? If not, just ignore it.

Thanks,
Sebastian
