During AAVSO's Membership Meeting, the AAVSO Director, Board Treasurer, Journal of the AAVSO Editor-in-chief, and Board Secretary discuss the activities of the organization over the past year, its financial status, statistics, and more.
There will also be a time to cheer along when awards are given to the deserving recipients that do so much for the AAVSO, astronomy, and our community! This meeting is open to the public in the form of a Zoom webinar, and will be taking place Sunday, November 6 @ 9:00 AM MST (16:00 UTC).
People who are attending AAVSO's 111th Annual Meeting in person will be present, as will many who have registered to attend the Annual Meeting online. The Membership Meeting webinar is scheduled to run for about am hour and a half, and provides a structured opportunity to ask questions. Participants on Zoom may type their question(s) into the Q&A located at the bottom of the Zoom screen.
