It seems that some effort has been made toward permitting an observer to edit the Comments in the Observation Data display box for his/her own data. When I click on one of my data points in the light curve the Comments box becomes active. I can resize the box and select text inside, but I can't edit or add text.
I think it would be helpful to be able to edit the Comments from the LCG. It would be quicker than going through the WebObs search tool.

The comments box you refer to in the "Observations Data" window is not actually active, even though it now looks like it should be with that blue box around it. Thank you for pointing this out.
Unfortunately, there is no provision for LCGv2 to allow editing. To do so would require users to log in since we do not want to allow people to edit anyone's data but their own, and that would slow things down for casual users. Sorry, but WebObs Search is the only means by which you can edit your own observations at this time. If you have changes to make to a large dataset, it is sometimes faster to remove to old data and upload a new version or send me an email, stating what needs to be done.
