The Nikon D1x was Nikon first DSLR. It is a 5.47 megapixel CCD camera. Shutter speed ranges from 30 sec to 1/8000. Sensitivity (ISO) 125 to 800. Would this vintage camera be considered in the CCD category or DSLR photometry category.

It's DSLR, as it has a Bayer

It's DSLR, as it has a Bayer filter. Note that this camera's native pixels and Bayer grid are non-square, so the internal processor must be doing some extra interpolation to get square output pixels.
