Is My data for ASAS J172015+1426.6 Consistent with what has been Published?

Hello! I've been following the SR variable ASAS J172015+1426.6 for about 6 months.

    Visually, the curve looks different (? more quiescent) than what I see when I look at the curve on the ASAS-SN Variable stars database.

    Is my data consistent with what has been published, and I should check my work flow? Or is this just how a SR variable might look on a short term basis? Best regards.

I'm not sure "consistent" is entirely useful in describing semi-regulars over just 6 months--the inconsistency is what prevents them from being classified as regular. It often (always?) takes years to figure out how inconsistent a given star really is.

Your lightcurve shape and magnitude ranges are "not inconsistent" with previous AID observations, and AID shows that you're transforming your data, so if you're otherwise confident in your workflow and your other targets' data are good, then this is already encouraging, and I would definitely hope to see you continue observing this target so we can all see what it's up to.
