I've just started using two filters Johnson B and V. It suddenly occurred to me that perhaps I should have separate sets of calibration frames for each filter. I assume that darks wouldn't matter but should I have different light frames for different filters.
You definitely need separate Flats for the two filters. Each may have their own dust motes effecting transmission.
