For variables, you can use the AUID to search VSX and find the variables different catalog names.
For comparison stars, I believe no equivalent exists. IOW, the VSD (comp database) has no tabulated alternative catalog names. You can certainly spend a little time in a planetarium program (TSX, SkySafari) to identify the comp by comparing its location / pattern to that in its AAVSO Chart and find its catalog name.
Why exactly do you want this piece of information for the comp? You have the magnitude from a catalog searched by the sequence team. If you want to find the magnitude yourself, you would search vizier at the specific RA/DEC to find the star and its catalog name.
The catalog from which the mag was obtained is identified in () next to its reported mag in the AAVSO Chart Photometry Table.
