Hi, I remember doing this before, several years ago, but I do not recall how it was done. I have a FOV of 27.5 minutes square, and I am centered on exoplanet K2-284 b. How would I generate a picture of what I would see in this FOV so that I can identify the correct star? Thanks!
Use the name K2-284, leave out the b.
If you leave the name box clear:
Type in the coordinates 05:16:33.79 20:15:17.6
Select CCD, Chart, type 27.5 into the FOV, type in 15 for a magnitude limit.
Click on the Plot button.
