Hi All,
The RCB star UX Ant is currently active, a little over one magnitude fainter now compared to reports from this past July. Apparently it hasn't been observed this faint since July 2012. My recent observation is:
UX Ant 13.47V (0.03) Nov 5.75 UT (2016). Comparisons used were 119, 123, 131, 135.
Also, not so surprisingly, the B-V 'color' has increased, to around +1.0 now. Reports in the AAVSO database from earlier this year had the B-V index near +0.6.
