A Gaia DR1 star of 19.247 mag with position end figures 58.930s and 05.48" is only 0.1" from the reported position. Further designations for this (blue) progenitor candidate: USNO-B1.0 1398-0041475, GSC2.3 NBZ2017198, SDSS J013758.90+495105.4, GALEX J013758.9+495104, AllWISE J013758.86+495106.0

Spectroscopy and time-resolved photometry are urgently required.
