Friends,

Another milestome for us: we just reached 400,000 records on VSX!! The star of interest is NGC 2099 CBH V2002 in Auriga, an unclassified multiperiod variable in the field of M37, with a primary period of 0.3913 days. Here's the relevant VSX entry:

I am grateful for the VSX team's diligence and hard work. VSX is the backbone of the AAVSO, and a great service to our international community. A challenge for you all: can we figure out what type of variable this star is?

Best wishes - clear skies,

Stella.

Congrats and a THANK YOU!

The VSX staff is AWESOME and I can't thank them enough for all their hard work (and patience, especially to Sebastian for answering my endless questions).
