This is directed at Arne Henden more than anyone else. I stumbled upon a short and sweet comparison of star catalogs for photometry on the web that , I think, was authored by Arne. I'll be darned if I can find it again. If you have any inkling of what this couls be be, and the link, please enlighten me.

My browser can't find the server at archive.princeton.edu.

These include ASAS3 photometry catalog. ASAS3 magnitudes are found here:
http://archive.princeton.edu/~asas/

Is there some reason why this catalog is not reachable thru Vizier? It ought to be.
