As part of my membership in the AL I recieved a copy of the AAVSO Star Atlas.
I'm wodering if that membersip includes membership in the AAVSO?

Welcome to the exciting world of Variable Star Observing!
Unfortunately your AL membership does not include membership in the AAVSO. However, while membership has its’ benefits, you do not have to be a member In order to report your observations. You will need to apply for observer initials to report observations, whether a member or not.
