Does anyone have a complete copy of "Extinction and Transformation with R and I Photometry" by Hall in issue #14 of IAPPP Communications? The online copies I have found are missing the next-to-last page of this paper.

Why not post it as an attachment? That way a number of us that are missing the same page can download it and not pester you for it. The article is made available without cost so as long as you give attribution there shouldn't be a copyright issue.
