AAVSO 111th Annual Meeting: abstracts and presentations

Abstract information

Please note: Proof of full vaccination is required to attend the Meeting in person. We will comply with CDC and local guidelines at the Meeting, and we strongly recommend wearing masks to keep those who are immunocompromised safe, and to keep everyone's families and communities safe upon returning home.

If you would like to give an oral presentation or present an online poster* at the Meeting, please submit an abstract. Abstracts will be accepted until September 4 at 11:59 p.m. ET (Sept. 5 at 3:59 UT). In-person presenters will be given preference to remote oral presenters. 

          * The poster hall will be online only this year. In-person poster presentations will not take place.

• Oral presentations
  • If your oral presentation (remote or in-person) abstract is accepted for a time slot in the Annual Meeting: deadlines and instructions
